Is the warranty for a lifetime?

All GR Products have lifetime warranty.

Any manufacturing defect of any products, whether for long time of use, or any other failure. If you have a problem with your product, please contact us at [email protected]

 

I'm having trouble regulating my equipment, what can I do?

Our products have manuals in video and / or in .PDF. The link to them is on each product page. If you still need assistance, send an email to [email protected] explaining your case and we will contact you, informing you the best way to solve it.

Can I buy the parts separately?

Is the holster really universal? Can I also use airsoft?

The holster can be adjusted to any weapon used for competition, including airsoft. If your weapon is a revolver we have a specific holster, the R-EVO, which covers all the revolvers on the market. If you need help adjusting,
please contact us explaining your case to [email protected].

And the Magazine Pouch is universal as well and can be used for airsoft?

Our Magazine Pouch, just like the holster, is universal, caters for single-wire and two-wire loaders and can be used for airsoft guns.

How do I know the ideal belt size to use?

Measure your waist with a tape measure in the place that you will use your belt, when find the result add 7,9inch and close to the nearest size. Available sizes: 35,5inch, 39,4inch, 43,3inch, 47,3inch, 51,2inch, 55,2inch, 59,1inch. We can make custom sizes with prior consultation.

How long does it take to return a product shipped for repair?

It depends on each case, but we have the goal of not staying more than 2 business days with the product inside the company from the moment the product is received.

How many days does it take for my product to ship?

Our deadline for sending orders is up to 3 business days from the payment confirmation.

Can I pay with payment installments?

Unfortunately we don’t have payment installments for foreign purchases.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

Bank slip or deposit, credit card and in cash.
